Hello! Come visit our farmhouse, and see where we make the famous Menorcan artisan cheese with Mahón-Menorca designation of origin.
We are Juan Carlos and Soraya, a family of entrepreneurs who decided to bet again on the authentic products of the land, specifically, the special cheese from Menorca and its typical sausages, such as sobrasada and carnixua.
We make them ourselves and in a traditional way.
When you visit us, you can see the farm and the facilities where we work and, of course, the stars of this sector, our beloved cows.
We have a passion for our island and its traditions, and our work, in the fields and on the farm, although hard, fills us with satisfaction when those who visit us taste and enjoy these exquisite products.
