Discover the true sheep, goat and cow cheese of Menorca
This small Menorcan production has been making Mahon Cheese with designation of origin for generations. The cheese is manufactured in a traditional way, although with the support of the latest technology, to produce a cheese that has been conquering the palates of the world for centuries.
The visit to this cheese factory is completely free. You are allowed to visit part of the facilities, the old manor house and some of the animals, and you can even see in first person, how the Mahón Cheese is made. After you can also taste it, of course!
Visit this charming farm and take the opportunity to discover its already famous artisan yogurt and fresh cheese made with cow’s milk, or its delicious goat and sheep cheeses, all 100% Menorcan products.
